Audie Murphy Ranch North
This master planned community in Menifee, CA covers over 400 acres and involved moving over 4 million cubic yards of material in preparation for several hundred residential lots and associated improvements. This project involved traditional cut to fill methods along with rock excavation and handling. Completed on time and on budget.
Former Otay Skeet and trap shooting range
This seemingly complex 214 acre project involved remediation of surface and subsurface areas impacted from shooting range activities at the former Otay Skeet and Trap Shooting Range. Dealing with strict air quality constraints as well as environmentally sensitive areas and open space preserves required careful coordination with several oversight agencies. Our knowledgeable and experienced staff and project management team was able to work closely with the Developer to ensure the project was completed ahead of schedule while maintaining the strictest attention to details.
Rosecrans National Cemetery-Miramar Annex
Fort Rosecrans National Cemetery Expansion at Miramar involved the grading of over 300 acres of raw land to make room for future burial sites to our nations fallen heros. Heartland excavated over 1 million cubic yards of material to transform the site and make way for the current infastructure.
Twentynine Palms Marine Corps Base Housing
One of many Tract style housing developments completed by Hearland, this project involved mass excavation, overexcavation, buttresses, import of material and rough and finish grading to achieve the final product for the developer. Heartland provides close coordination with the developer prior to project start to ensure the grading is done right the first time and the project is delivered on time and on budget.
